  • Working with a passionate team, this role is all about supporting Odyssey's male residents by establishing connections in the wider community to better support integration.

    The service primarily works with male criminal justice clients in a longer term residential alcohol and other drug programme.

    To be successful in the role, you'll need:
    • experience of the housing and employment sector, with an understanding of the IPS model an advantage.
    • high energy and a can do attitude because no two days are the same
    • practical and creative problem solving skills
    • ability to facilitate groups and work one on one with clients
    • a professional approach to working with community connections.
