Ockham Residential is a market leader in Auckland's development community. Ockham's aim is to lead by example and produce Auckland's most outstanding residential buildings. We want to make sure that Auckland's urban built environment is as beautiful and world-class as its natural landscape.
Established in 2009, we have built eleven residential apartment developments to date and have a continual pipeline of new projects underway.
We are currently looking for a sales consultant to join our small but highly skilled in-house sales team.
We are looking for a unique individual who is not only passionate about working with buyers and loves to sell but is also a genuine team player with a flexible can-do ethos.
What you need to be able to offer us:
Availability to work weekends (two weeks on, one off)
A current Real Estate Salesperson's License
Proven sales experience with an ability to quality buyers and close a deal
A genuine interest in providing a personalised, best-in-class service to our purchasers and nurturing relationships over the long term
A self-starter with a pro-active attitude
A highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
Project sales experience would be advantageous, but not essential
