    We are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.

    This is a varied and busy role, tasks you will be responsible for include (but are not limited to):
    • Providing advice and support on recruitment and selection processes
    • Maintaining personnel records, employment agreements and files
    • Assisting managers with staffing concerns and resolving employment relation issues
    • Regularly review and update policies and procedures
    • Preparing Employment Packs and Employment documentation
    • Maintaining Recruitment database and Recruitment advertising
    • Coordinating and planning the Wellness Program
    • Adhoc jobs as required by the HR Manager
    Our ideal candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with 1+ years experience as a generalist HR Advisor or Administrator.

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
    • Well-developed and mature relationship-building skills
    • Can-do, positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
    • A proactive and innovative approach with a high level of initiative
    • A conscientious and confidential manner
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
    Real estate experience would be advantageous but not essential.
