We are looking to expand our service team and are looking for a Service Advisor with previous dealership after-sales experience.
We require someone who is confident with a high level of professionalism, presentation, a polite demeanour and the ability to multi task. You will preferably have a well-established background in after sales with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Success in this role will be achieving targets and identifying sales opportunities and ensuring attitude and customer service exceeds customer expectations.
In this role you will be required to:
Be a strong link between the workshop and customer
Provide "first class" service to our clients
Relate positively to colleagues and contractors
Be able to problem solve and think logically
Create job packs and invoicing to manufacturers standards
Follow manufacturers processes for the 7 stages of repair
To be successful in the role the individual we are looking for will:
Be committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Have great time management and self-discipline
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Take ownership/responsibility for your success and failures
Show the ability to hit the ground running and enjoy working under pressure
Be computer literate, good with numbers, accurate and have an eye for detail
In return the successful individual will be given ongoing training and support to achieve mutually agreed goals. A remuneration package which includes base salary and a commission / bonus structure designed to reward high performance is on offer.
