    To help with this mission, AHG is seeking proactive, experienced and driven customer service professionals to join their Centralised CRO team. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, however you have the choice of working 5 x 8 hour days or 4 x 10 hour days per week (Mon-Fri). We're based in Freight Place, Mangere.

    The primary function of this position is to maximize the retention of existing customers by promoting vehicle service bookings, whilst establishing a strong customer relationship over the phone via both inbound and outbound calls. This role will cover 6 Automotive brands across the Greater Auckland Region.

    Inbound and outbound telephone calls are a core part of this role, as is managing our customer database and reporting on performance to dealership and AHG management.

    • Experience in a similar position in the automotive industry would be desirable.
    • Sales experience would be an advantage
    • Great communication skills, both verbal and written is a must.
    • A confident telephone manner, building rapport with ease
    • 'Can-do' attitude
    • Computer literacy and intermediate keyboard skills essential
    • Desire to improve your income through performance
