We're currently looking for a customer centric Key Account Manager who enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships, to meet the quality and service our customers have come to expect.
As our Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with our customers and achieving set sales and margin targets. You will manage an assigned list of existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting the ITM brand, delivering on the service and quality to meet our customer's expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have proven work experience within the building industry or within a similar account management role
Have the ability to negotiate effectively to ensure growth in sales and relationships
Be customer focused with a positive attitude toward customers and fellow team members
Lead by example and set high standards for yourself and enjoy new challenges
Hold a current drivers licence
Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
This role will be based in our Nelson store but will be responsible for sales across the Tasman region.
