    We're currently seeking a Traveller Experience Manager who is ready to make their mark in a young dynamic company.

    You will be responsible for:
    • Supporting, leading and inspiring the Traveller Support team to constantly deliver 5 star service through all aspects of the journey
    • Maintaining and improving our winning culture, working with the entire team to improve communication and efficiency
    • Leading and inspiring the Traveller Support team to improve revenue, average price per night, and look for opportunities to streamline
    • Management of CRM booking system including schedule / vehicle / system maintenance
    • Historical analysis of results to better understand trends and patterns
    • Budgeting and Forecasting for revenue and occupation
    • Effectively manage and resolve on road issues, working with the fleet department
    • Market research / benchmarking to ensure Mad is always at the forefront of trends and potential traveller channels
    • Maintaining and improving our existing Adventure Tourism partnerships
    • Constantly look for opportunities to improve our systems and processes - identify key projects and lead through to completion
    Our successful applicant will have:
    • First and foremost a passion for travel and tourism, industry experience is preferred
    • Proven experience in Customer Service, Operations and leading a team
    • The ability to build strong relationships instantly with travellers from various cultures and provide excellent service through the show through process
    • An eye for detail - whether it is ensuring standards inside a camper, or optimizing our booking schedule, attention to detail is critical in this role
    • High energy and be a team player prepared to do what it takes to ensure we operate to the highest standard
    This is a full time role which will include working some weekends.

    Remuneration will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role. An immediate start is available.
