At West City Auto Group, we're a leading Dealer for Holden Kia & Suzuki vehicles. We're soon to open a new Service Centre in Henderson and are seeking a bright Service Advisor / Receptionist to join our team.
Ideally, you will have had previous franchise service experience, however we would also like to hear from those with experience in front-line customer contact roles.
You will need excellent communication skills both written and oral and a sound numeric ability along with a genuine desire to work in a Customer Service environment along with:
Competent in computer skills
Excellent time management
Smart personal presentation
Ability to work in a team environment
Full NZ Drivers Licence
Ability to work rostered Saturday mornings
A sound mechanical knowledge would be an advantage. This position would suit a technically trained person and would be ideal for someone wanting to advance their technical career.
