We have a newly created position available for a Showroom Receptionist and Administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact you'll be required to greet our customers and guests with a smile and ensure that every one of them receives an outstanding level of customer care.
This is a job with variety, other responsibilities will include:
Answer and direct incoming calls
Ensure our showroom is clean, tidy and properly presented
Direct customers to appropriate staff members
Ensure guests are looked after in our waiting area
Support our Finance and Administration team with daily duties including administration tasks
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in Customer Service and/or Reception, and will understand the importance of providing quality service and customer care.

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
A confident and polite phone manner
An honest and reliable work ethic
The successful applicant must have an eye for detail, possess competent computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in the motor industry would be an advantage, however is not essential. Any experience in F2 Automotive Dealer Management System is helpful.
