Role based in Auckland OR Christchurch
This new design company is a sister company to the respected property brand - Propellor Property Investments. Although you will manage this company you will be supported by a dynamic team of professionals.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Working with the principal on design/furniture solutions for apartments, houses and town houses in the form of full property packs
Procuring and managing sales from new and existing clients through both referrals and online enquiries
Strong sales ability with an excellent phone manner and communication skills as most sales are made over the phone.
Sourcing products from overseas and handling customs entry requirements.
Managing the inventory system
Presenting and preparing pricing schedules for projects
Building and maintaining client rapport by delivering superb customer service throughout the sales process including organising and overseeing installation
Maintain website and promotional literature
Our successful applicant will have:
A passion for design - interior design experience or a qualification would be of great benefit, but not essential
A focused approach to business and can confidently work with retail clients, architects, developers and suppliers
Ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks whilst keeping accuracy is paramount
This is a part time role averaging approximately 20 hours per week.
This role can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch and remuneration will include base plus commission and car, phone and laptop.
