    We're currently looking for a Meter Reader to join our team on a 3 month full time contract. You will be responsible for reading utility meters (gas, power and water) in the Queenstown area.

    You'll be hard working, pro-active, able to follow instructions and have attention to detail.

    To be successful in this role you will:
    • Have good communication skills as you will be dealing with the public and be a team player
    • Have a good level of physical fitness
    • Be technically savvy - proficient user of computer, mobile phones, emailing etc
    • Be able to pass pre-employment security, drug, alcohol, and credit testing
    • Be able to handle dogs
    • Be aware of Health and Safety as you'll be in an ever changing environment
    • Hold a current drivers licence
    • Be motivated and able to work without direct supervision
    You will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions and during the Christmas/New Year period.

    No previous experience is required for this role, full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

    The hourly rate for this role is $19 per hour plus a company vehicle.
