  • We're currently seeking a Sales Support Superstar to join our team in Newmarket as our Customer Success Team Lead.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all sales support administrative tasks offered to sales agents, this includes ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective workflows.

    You will be required to build and maintain effective business relationships with sales agents, property management staff, finance staff, sales managers, management and technology team and any other teams or departments if required from time to time.

    To be successful in this position it is essential that you hold a Real Estate License and have previous experience working in the Real Estate industry in order to effectively execute your role within the office.

    Duties in this role include:
    • Provide thorough training and on-boarding for agent/s as and when required for sales support processes
    • Take the lead to ensure listing compliance at all times, escalate where necessary to AVNU management, this may include AML compliance requirements
    • Provide all administrative support throughout the listing lifecycle with particular attention to the contract and administration stages
    • Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
    • Provide structure and support around all NZ listing workflow, ensuring outstanding client service to make agent administration efforts less time consuming and more effective
    • Oversee the maintenance of all listings and sales files and ensure that all contents of these files are compliant according to the relevant state legislation
    • Professionally handle incoming requests from agents and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
    • Advise Head of Operations on required agent and organisational needs
    • Work closely with the Head of Operations and the Tech team to constantly improve workflows, utilising technology, including providing business requirements and assisting in user testing
    • Lead and continue to grow the NZ CST team as the focal point for driving agent satisfaction and efficiency
    • Evaluate key areas of responsibility and make recommendations of operational improvements, including agent on-boarding, training and development, and agent feedback
    • Assist with initiatives to improve the experience for our agents by evaluating the effectiveness of current practices
    • Improve current systems that field incoming requests from agents and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly, with a strong customer-service mindset
    • Partner with key AVNU stakeholders to drive continuous innovation and launch new services and tools
    • Work closely with Customer Success Teams in AVNU headquarters and other regions
    • Support for off-shore team members, as and when required
    You will need to have:
    • Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is essential
    • A current Real Estate license
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills
