At Schofield Holden we're looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our growing service team.
If you have experience in the automotive industry and the ability to decipher a Technician's write up to transfer into Warranty Claim format, then this could be the role for you!
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
Process all claims in a timely manner and adjudicate on matters of Warranty and Service Plan
Analyse problems, identify trends and develop strategies to maximise claim processing
Maintain key relationships with the manufacturer and dealer network by providing support over the phone for Warranty and Service Plan enquiries
Conduct warranty audits on the network and ensure dealer self-audits are completed and documented accurately
Check and authorise requests when aligned with company policy
Coordination and management of Product Recall and Workshop Campaigns
This full time position requires a person who is accurate with data input, balancing claim returns and has sound mechanical knowledge.
