    We are seeking an exceptional front line Medical Receptionist to join our professional primary healthcare team.

    Ideally you will have experience in a similar front line role, where you would have shown excellent customer service and a willingness to meet the expectations of patients in a friendly and efficient way. You'll be able to work under pressure, have a warm smile and a calm presence for this busy frontline role. The successful candidate will be able to manage both face to face and phone customer service in a friendly and efficient manner. You'll be able to use your initiative and problem solving skills as you maintain a high level of accuracy in all medical administration work.

    This is a permanent role working 33 hours per week. Monday afternoon 12.30pm - 5.45pm and full days 8am - 5.45pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

    You must be punctual and flexible to meet the expectation of flexibility to work different and or additional hours to cover reception team members annual and sick leave to ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet optimum business requirements.

    It is important to us that our patients feel they have been dealt with in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Therefore you will be both people and task focused, and pride yourself on your high standards of customer service.

    This position will commence late October 2019.
