    We're seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional person to look after this busy front-line role and be part of a great team wanting to make a difference.

    To be considered for this position you must have:
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
    • Strong prioritising and time management skills, be highly organised with an ability to efficiently prioritise and handle multiple priorities
    • Good computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing and email programmes and the ability to understand and use computerised systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills to deal calmly and professionally with all manner of people and a range of enquiries
    • Proficient knowledge in office administration
    • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • A conscientious and reliable work ethic
    • A current driver's licence
    • A basic Mechanical knowledge would be ideal but not essential
    You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so you must be professional, have a warm friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills. In short, you wake up in the morning to make people happy.

    This is a full time (40 hours per week) permanent position.
