We are currently seeking a Property Manager to look after an existing portfolio and to explore the market in North Shore. You should be able to manage your own time and work under pressure.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
Manage existing residential property portfolios
Looking for suitable tenants for the properties
Contacting and responding to landlords' and tenant's enquiries
Completing financial and property activity reports
Monitoring rental arrears, renewals and reviews
Processing bonds collected and conducting credit checks, reference checks and background check
Coordinating house viewings and conducting property routine inspections and preparing inspection reports
Processing maintenance request and arranging work orders
Preparing documents for tenancy tribunal applications and attending Mediation and Hearings
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Have 1 year+ working experience in NZ residential property management
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English is a must. Ability to speak Chinese is a must.
Professional computer skills in using MS Office suites
A team player who is professional, reliable and positive
The ability to work under pressure
Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
Must possess a valid driver's license
Applicant resides in North Auckland preferred
Applicant must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
