We are looking for a Sales and Warehouse Administrator to ensure our Christchurch Branch and South Island Territory are functioning at the highest level. This role has loads of variety and would suit someone who enjoys working in a trade's environment.
You will be responsible for:
Opening and closing the trade store
Face to face customer sales
Dealing with phone queries and orders
Providing support to the sales team
Dealing with account queries and credit control
Maintaining relationships and instore sales volumes
Good computer skills (ability to learn inhouse packages quickly)
A passion for exceptional customer service
Great communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to follow systems and processes well
Forklift licence will be needed, training can be provided
The ability to roll your sleeves up and do a bit of heavy lifting
