  • The Manukau Toyota Group is the largest Toyota dealer in NZ, selling and servicing hundreds of vehicles every month between our 6 branches located in South Auckland.

    We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our award winning team to help further enhance our customer experience. The role may require moving between certain of our branches.

    This is a role involving a broad range of service department Operations and Administration, such as:
    • Ensuring all of our customers receive a superior service experience
    • Accurately booking service and repair appointments
    • Costing and completion of invoices
    • Quotations
    • Liaising between our Workshop Controller/Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept up to date
    Other valuable skills and attributes include:
    • A sound knowledge & understanding of automotive servicing and repair
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Great time management skills
    • Highly motivated and hard working
    • A high level of personal presentation
    • Strong computer skills

    Standard weekly hours of 42.5 worked between Monday to Friday + Rostered Saturdays, flexibility with start and finish times.
