At Sage Doors, we're a Kiwi-family owned business that pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality doors in New Zealand.
We have an excellent opportunity to join our team on the North Shore.
This is a varied role which will involve being the Roller Door Department Manager, Customer Service Representative and Sales Support.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. Ideally you'll come from a technical/customer experience background, or have some team leading experience.
This role includes:
Managing & leading the Roller Door Factory team to success
Customer Service, Sales, and Sales Support
Providing technical support to customers
Processing orders, sending invoices, and statements
Sales events (occasional evening work)
We're looking for someone who is a quick learner, is willing to learn our industry, and loves helping people.
The successful candidate will:
Be based in or around North Shore, Auckland
Have attention to detail
Honesty and strong core values
Outstanding personal presentation
Have a desire to help others grown and lead the team
Have experience in working efficiently and creating systems
Love meeting new people and making their day
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
This position can be either part time or full time for the right person.
