    Harcourts Tandem Realty are after a new staff member to add to our esteemed team!

    Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for an Office Administrator to be based in our Hibiscus Coast office!

    We require an individual who demonstrates a strong desire to meet/exceed customer needs, strong interpersonal skills and ability to cope with demands from several directions with patience and tolerance.

    You will need to have 2+ years Administration experience, and will need to be team oriented and willing to support other people, understanding how you contribute to the overall success of a sales team. Experience within the Real Estate Industry is a plus.

    You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role. You will be juggling multiple priorities and there will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.

    The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
