    With 17 clinics we are looking for an exceptional receptionist administrator to complete the reception team across our busy Takapuna clinic. Supporting a team of doctors, practice and appearance medicine nurses, this role is pivotal in welcoming clients in addition to providing excellent customer service and administrative support for the client journey.

    You will be a confident and polished receptionist, being the welcoming and friendly face of our appearance medicine and skin (dermatology and skin cancer) services at the clinic. You will also be a conscientious and organised administrator, managing bookings, billings and managing accurate patient records. Experience in medical management software and debtors management would be an advantage.

    This a full-time role at 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with the roster to be confirmed. In addition, one Saturday morning (4 hours) approximately every 8 weeks.
