    We're currently looking for a Property Administrator to join our team in a part time role working 20 hours per week.

    You will be responsible for the day to day processing of property sales transactions through to settlement, providing administration support, as well as, ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    This is an important role within our busy office, so we require someone with at least 2 years experience in a similar administration role, who is adaptable to change and can work under pressure.

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • Sound knowledge of basic accounting processes
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail
    • A high standard of personal integrity
    • Ability to handle pressure
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time
    • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
    Knowledge of the Real Estate industry would be an advantage.
