  • Ray White Mount Maunganui and Papamoa are located in the heart of our fantastic town world famous for sun, sea, surf and its carnival summer atmosphere.

    We're currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Papamoa team.

    We are after a self-starter with a vibrant and energetic attitude, who is passionate about driving our department towards continued success.

    Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday.

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • 2+ years customer service experience
    • Advanced computer skills with an intermediate to advanced level of MS Office products and cloud based applications
    • Sound knowledge of basic accounting
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all customers (internal and external) in an efficient and courteous manner
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time accordingly with attention to detail and accuracy
    • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
    • High level of emotional intelligence and a positive and friendly attitude
    The main responsibility of this role with be providing and maintaining administration support to the sales team.

    You will also be responsible for:
    • Preparing marketing material
    • Processing all elements of property listings
    • Answering all phone and walk-in enquiries
    • Managing Google Drive for the Papamoa Sales office
    Experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
