  • At Three Sixty Limited, we are a creative design and manufacturing company who specialize in high speed and high quality manufacturing and design work throughout Australasia.

    We work on a variety of custom projects for clients at all levels, including some of the country's most recognisable marketing campaigns.

    Due to our current Receptionist moving on after 3 years, we're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to fill her shoes.

    This role requires someone who is self motivated and capable of working in a fast paced environment with plenty of variety. Our ideal candidate will have a bubbly, bright personality, and enjoy interacting with both customers and staff. Ideally, you'll have a demonstrated background in a similar role. This is a junior role.

    As well as general Reception duties this role will also include:
    • Banking
    • Handling flight, rental car and accommodation bookings
    • Preparing documents for meetings
    • Procurement of general supplies and sourcing items for jobs
    • Typing of quotes and general correspondence as required by management
    • Inputing time sheets into Ostendo
    • Issuing job cards as required
    • General driving and delivery from time to time
    • Managing and stock stationary and office supplies
    • Making Social club arrangements
    • Assisting management when required
    As a key front-line member of our company, you'll be the middleman between our customers and staff.

    A clean driver's license is required as you'll be driving our company vehicles from time to time, due to this a good general knowledge of the Auckland area will be useful.

    Applicants must have a clean criminal record.
