Due to significant growth, we are looking for an inhouse Financial Controller to join our team in a part time role working approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities will involve:
Monthly Management reporting to the Board
All statutory returns. Eg. GST FBT, RWT etc
Budgets and forecasts
Assist with Debtor collections
Managing month end process around WIP and stocktakes
Monthly balance sheet recs
Support of one accounts clerk
This role will suit an individual with solid SME commercial experience in a manufacturing environment, including valuing WIP and costing.
You will also need:
CA/CPA qualified or close to
Strong organizational skills
Initiative and the ability to proactively problem solve
Attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, 'can-do' attitude
This is a hands on role where you will be liaising with all departments - from the directors, sales to manufacturing, therefore you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication.
