  • North Harbour Ford is seeking applications for a dedicated Ford Delivery Specialist. We have built a state of the art new Ford Retail Store based in Wairau Park which is the first of its kind in New Zealand and OPEN NOW! Together with Ford New Zealand we are very excited at changing the way we do business within the automotive industry.

    We pride ourselves on quality, customer service and professionalism across all facets of our business. Our Ford team is seeking an enthusiastic individual with an exceptional attitude towards customer service, and experiential offerings.

    Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) is an ASX 200 company which employ over 7,500 people across Australia and New Zealand, AHG is a leader in the motoring industry.

    This position requires the successful candidate to have proven administration and customer service experience in any industry that has direct interaction with internal and external guests. You must also have great time management skills and competent computer skills as you will be responsible for co-ordinating all new car deliveries which involves working with all departments to ensure that everything is on time. You are an important part of the final piece of our experience as you will be handing over and explaining to our guests how their beautiful piece of machinery works, so having a passion for our brand is imperative! Experiences is what this new store is all about so you need to be a customer centric super star!

    The successful candidate will possess the following:
    • Experience in a customer service facing role
    • Confident administration skills
    • Strong relationships with internal and external customers
    • Intermediate computer skills
    • The ability to self manage
    • High attention to detail
    • Exceptional time management and personal presentation
    • Full or restricted drivers licence
    • An understanding of dealer management systems is ideal, however not essential
