A career defining role in a large business with a great culture
Make a real difference by initiating and owning marketing projects
Change is exciting and the motor industry is facing a lot of it over the next few years. The shift from fossil fuels to electric, from bricks & mortar to digital retail and from traditional to progressive ownership models are all big-ticket items but the real change is in our customers' expectation of us.
As digital grows and disruptive brands gain traction, our customers demand an ever more personalised, integrated, intuitive and rewarding process from initial interest through to ownership and after-sales care. At the Ebbett Group, we aim to be at the forefront of delivering this experience across all platforms.
To help us achieve this ambition we need a Marketing Manager to deliver our marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant marketing role
The ability to drive projects from conception, through to completion and evaluation
A good understanding of each marketing channel
The ability to provide clear and professional marketing advice to internal stakeholders
A good understanding of digital marketing and analytics
The drive to work with an ambitious and fast moving team
The ability to contribute to a progressive and successful culture
Candidates with the following will be preferred:
Experience in the automotive industry
Experience in using data to improve intuitive customer experience
