  • We are currently looking for a Sales Manager with the energy and passion required to build on our success.

    While the role has a residential focus; you will be involved across all attributes of the business and you will work closely with the leadership team as we continue to grow and develop as a company and will be directly responsible for strategic planning, budget forecasting, marketing budgets and developing networks across Northland.

    Our ideal candidate will have current Real Estate licence with aspirations to achieve your full agents licence if you don't have it already and proven track record in the industry.

    Whilst experience in real estate is required, we would also seriously consider applicants from other industries who have the proven skillset we require to take this company to the "next level".

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • Proven leadership and management experience
    • A class 1 drivers license
    • Attention to detail
    • Confident computer skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
