    About the role
    This is an exciting role where you will join a fast paced team that share a belief that a working holiday is one of the best experiences young people can have.

    You'll be responsible for managing the workflow through IEP's Operations for Work New Zealand, ensuring customer service and efficiency standards are consistently performed to the highest level.

    Your focus will be on the following areas:
    • Administration and Customer Service
    • Travel Shop
    • Marketing and Partners
    • Program Development
    • Human Resources
    You'll have proven experience in managing a team, excellent communication skills and have a strong commitment to customer service. You will be highly organised, able to prioritize, be self motivated and have excellent administration experience. Along with a great sense of humour and a passion for travel, you will have a flexible "can do" attitude.

    Other skills and experience include:
    • Extensive customer service experience, in particular in a fast paced environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of New Zealand Domestic Travel products
    • Knowledge of Website Travel or One Source preferable
    • Experience in leading teams and managing staff
    • Experience in delivering coaching and training
    • Ability to build rapport and work well with people from all backgrounds
    • Outgoing personality with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
    • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills including phone, face to face and presentations
    • Excellent knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office, database applications, website content management, point of sales systems
    • Ability to work across all cultures and ages
    • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
    • International work & travel experience preferable
