  • Ashcroft Homes is a successful family owned and operated New Home Builder, specialising in affordable investment and family homes and has an outstanding range of plans including Terraced Housing Solutions.

    With significant growth occurring in the building industry, we are looking to add a successful, self-motivated and high performing Property Development Consultant to our sales team.

    This role will suit someone with a strong sales background, ideally in the building industry. Your expertise and knowledge of Sales and the Building process will be essential as you promote the benefits of Ashcroft Homes products and plans, and assist buyers through all stages of the journey to build their home.

    You will be responsible for following up enquiry, developing strong relationships with your customers, assessing their new home requirements, and making the build process an enjoyable experience for them.

    Ideally you will have experience in the industry and will possess the following attributes:
    • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • A high degree of professionalism and a strong customer service ethic
    • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at the same time with strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable with contract negotiations and closing
    • Background in design, construction, project management or building industries
    • Excellent knowledge of the building process
    • Experience in subdivisions, knowledge of district plans and planning
    • Familiarity with CRM systems
    Previous experience in a similar role is preferred although if you are a Project Manager looking for a change to Sales we would happily consider your application.
