    We are looking for sharp multi-taskers who can make good decisions under pressure. You will have great attention to detail and provide excellence in customer service to our clients.

    The role involves:
    • Answering phone calls, watching monitors and responding to alarms
    • Taking notes, deciding what actions need to be taken
    • Dispatching patrols, organising guards, liaising with authorities and clients
    • Multi-tasking in a busy fast-paced environment
    • Working well in a strong team environment
    • Making sure our customer's are safe and providing excellent customer service in a sometimes stressful situation
    You will:
    • Have strong written & verbal English communication skills
    • Have good computer skills
    • Be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure with alarm signals
    • Be able to pass a police background check - you will be obtaining a Private Security Licence (COA) through the Ministry of Justice, therefore it is essential you have no criminal convictions and records
    • You will have experience in a busy customer service or office administration role using the telephone and computer (not retail)
    • Must be able to work shift, including weekend and public holidays (afternoon, nights or days - rostered)
    • Must have a reliable transport to get to and from work
