  • Odyssey House and Pathway Trust are launching New Zealand's first women only residential alcohol and other drug treatment service. The service is aimed at women involved in the criminal justice system.

    We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic team for this exciting new pilot programme.

    Positions include; Team Leader, qualified and experienced Practitioners and Peer Support workers.

    The preferred applicants will hold a professional health qualification, have experience in AOD and/or mental health work and of working with clients involved in the criminal justice system.

    The residential programme will require applicants who can work day, evening and weekend shifts.

    As a team member, you will be delivering groups and working individually with women to support their recovery and reintegration needs.

    Applicants must have excellent organisational skills be able to engage well and communicate effectively with both our clients and stakeholders.

    The service is rurally located, 25 mins drive south of Christchurch, and is not accessible by public transport.
