TF Group Ltd is a New Zealand owned company supplying furniture and vehicle protection products since 1992, with a close-knit team of dedicated staff based in Albany.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and represent our company to a high standard. Our client base is composed of long term, well established customers, so it's important you bring a bright, professional and positive demeanour to this role. A genuine passion for working with people is essential.
In this role you will be liaising with clients both over the phone and face-to-face. During busy periods you'll also be required to help out in the company wherever required and so it's essential you're an enthusiastic team player.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven customer service experience
Great people skills with a natural ability to build rapport
Excellent phone manner and fluent command of English language
Competent computer skills and able to quickly learn new systems
Strong accuracy with a keen eye for detail
Your energy, attitude, and willingness to learn is equally important. Training will be provided.
This role is full time role with flexibility. Remuneration will be based on experience and parking is provided.
