Harcourts are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team starting ASAP.
Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each day. You will be responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the smooth running of our office.
This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
Previous administration / reception experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they arise
Strong planning and organisation skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work without supervision
Previous Real Estate experience is preferred, but is not essential as training will be provided.
This is a part time role working 9am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the potential to transition into a full time role for the right candidate.
