At John Andrew Mazda, we are currently seeking an energetic, customer service oriented Service Administrator who can join our Grey Lynn dealership.
You may have previously worked in the automotive industry or worked in administrative roles and are now wanting to take the next step in your career to join the dynamic, fast paced automotive industry.
To succeed in this role, it's essential that you have:
A high level of personal presentation
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
A friendly and approachable personality
A full clean NZ Drivers Licence
The ability to take initiative
Self motivation and are a self starter
The ability to communicate with people from all walks of life

Key duties include:
Front of house reception, bookings and phone enquiries
Managing service customer retention processes and systems
Assisting Service Advisors to manage bookings and workflows throughout the day
Managing warranty claims
