We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Universal Drive, Henderson.
Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the property management department.
This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven administration experience
To possess high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner
Confident computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Adaptability and the ability to problem-solve
We're looking for someone with life experience, common sense and willingness to learn and adapt in a busy, changing industry.
You will be working full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and will receive ongoing training and support, and on site parking.
