  • Harcourts Hamilton Rentals is a successful Property Management and Body Corporate Management company offering a first class service to Landlords, Tenants and Investors.

    We're currently looking for a motivated and energetic Administrator to join our team in a busy front line role.

    In this role you will be the face of our office, acting as the first point of call for any queries, providing administration support, as well as, ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    We are looking for a self-motivated tech-savy professional who enjoys working hard, has a high degree of work accuracy and has excellent time management and organisational skills.

    Key skills and attributes include:
    • Proven experience in a similar Administration role
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Outstanding people skills & friendly disposition
    • Able to cope under pressure and prioritise workload
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up systems quickly
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
