    At Bridgestone Tyre Centre we're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in New Lynn.

    You'll be required to help drive the strong service culture within the company on the forecourt, to ensure we maintain the high level of customer service our customers have come to expect.

    The successful applicant will display the following skills and attributes:
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Understanding of tyre shop operation
    • A mature attitude
    • Ability to work unsupervised as you will be responsible for other members of staff
    • Solid computer skills
    • Good command of the English language with an excellent phone manner
    • Full New Zealand Drivers Licence - Must be able to drive manual vehicles
    Our ideal applicant will have 5+ years experience within the Automotive industry. Tyre Fitting / Wheel Aligning experience is a strong advantage as is a solid knowledge of European vehicles and TPMS.

    To thrive in this position it is essential you have a positive attitude towards selling and service.

    This is a full time role working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. You will also be required to work rostered Saturdays, 8am - 12pm.

    Bridgestone Tyre Centre are a division of Northern Bays Motors, which consists of North Shore Toyota and North Western Toyota, so you will be working with Toyota vehicles and customers on a regular basis.
