Tourism Industry role with USave Car & Truck Rentals!
We're looking for a frontline Customer Service professional who is able to think on their feet and work in a fast paced environment.
You will be the first point of contact for incoming callers with an emphasis on commercial customers as well as the busy international tourist market. As we have a varied customer base, you'll be dealing with anything from car rentals to van and truck hire.
Based on The Strand in Parnell, you will enjoy a mix of customer service, sales, administration and driving duties including:
Taking bookings by phone and in person
Paperwork and admin associated with rentals
Collecting customers from hotels in our courtesy shuttle
Liaising with vehicle maintenance and grooming staff
Checking vehicles
We offer customers great Kiwi service, plus holiday and driving tips, so good local knowledge of tourist hot spots and advice for getting around will be excellent!
You need to have:
A good attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised
Good written & verbal English communication
A warm and professional telephone manner
Confident computer skills
A Full drivers licence and be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles
This role operates 5 days per week Wednesday to Sunday, therefore you must be available for weekend work.
