The team at Elephant Hill are looking for an applicant to join them as a Duty Manager to cover the busy summer season. Elephant Hill offers an immaculate building in a stunning location with some of Hawke's Bay's most outstanding food and wine.
You will need to have a proven work history in hospitality at a similar level of service.
The successful applicant must have:
2 years previous experience supervising a small team
The ability to take charge of the Front of House in the Management's absence
A current manager's certificate, or the ability to acquire one
Energy and ability to work with our existing team
A passion for fine dining and providing a high level of customer service and care
The ability to maintain a professional, positive and productive work environment of the highest standard
Excellent communication skills
Sound food and wine knowledge
