We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
Managing the day to day operational activities within our construction team, the position will cover a wide range of duties including:
Liaising with clients on a regular basis
Planing and scheduling project time lines
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure they are on time and budget
Monitoring and reporting progress to the company director
Tracking project deliveries
Travelling throughout the Northland region

Previous building experience
The ability to read plans and specifications
A keen eye for detail
Good computer skills and knowledge
The ability to run multiple jobs
Good problem-solving skills
Experience with health and safety plans
Knowledge on building codes and legislation
Good written and verbal communication skills
