It is essential you have experience as a Sous Chef, being able to step into a high functioning kitchen and not miss a beat. Your background will be in a similar level establishment, and you will be comfortable working under pressure.
You must be professional and have a passion for the hospitality industry, and adhere to all health and safety requirements.
