    You will be in charge of three service centres, in the Bay of Plenty located in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and Whakatane.

    A great Service Manager is one who can keep all aspects of a dealership's customer care and service programme running well. Productivity and efficiency is the name of your game - and the end result is a humming dealership and delighted customers. If that sounds like you, you're the sort of person we want on board.

    You'll be responsible for making sure that your service team has the capability and training to deliver a top-quality customer experience, and that they do so every day. To do that, you'll bring strong leadership skills, an ability to work well in a team, and a broad focus. There's so much that goes on that it's essential that you can delegate tasks and prioritise without fixating on the small details.

    From your experience in the car industry, including in the workshop, you've gained a solid understanding of how a dealership runs. You're analytical and good with figures, which means you can keep track of charge-out and productivity, and therefore the team's profitability.

    This is a busy and sometimes intense role - things can change quickly, so you need to be flexible and calm to keep the team running smoothly. Each day you'll deal with a lot of different people: everyone from groomers to mechanics to managers, as well as a range of customers from all backgrounds.

    This role should excite you if you're ready for that next step up the Toyota ladder, or if you're already working at a similar level but are keen to move to New Zealand's top car brand.
