Located in Central Auckland, our Support Centre is looking for a professional Real Estate Trainer to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible in assisting Licensees to build and grow a real estate business by providing skills based training, conceptual and personal development, ongoing coaching and open communication.
Responsibilities will include:- Promoting and marketing training programmes
- Facilitating the front runner course and providing coaching to help front runners in achieving business goals as well as monitoring their results
- Creating material for courses around areas of expertise, creating content for online resources, facilitating REAA Continuing Education and assisting in the coordination of Regional Training
- Working with a Training Plan for the company to ensure appropriate support is supplied to all staff
- Scheduling branch visits to build and maintain relationships with Branch Managers
- Respond to training needs of individual branches
- Source new material and discuss with Training Manager
We are seeking someone with:- Practical Real Estate Industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to exhibit a strong customer and stakeholder focus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt communication and training to the needs, cultural diversity or learning technique of the audience
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and be responsive to organisational contingencies as they arise
- Strong facilitation skills
- Resourceful in sourcing new material
- A proactive and innovative approach in understanding the needs of the business and successfully changing direction effectively and efficiently
- The ability to ask the right questions to find out what is really needed (not just what is asked for) to provide appropriate direction and support
- An understanding of an individual's needs regardless of background, age, ethnicity or diversity
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- The ability to actively encourage and support others
