    • Due to one of our Portfolio Managers taking a promotion into a Property Management role, Takapuna has a vacancy for a Portfolio Manager.

    Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the following areas:
    • Routine inspections
    • In/outgoing inspections
    • Maintenance
    • Invoicing and paying creditors
    • Water bills
    • Rent increases
    • Growth and new business
    • Complaints
    • Arrears
    • Tribunal hearings
    • Marketing and advertising
    • Reference checking and approval of tenants
    You will also need good personal skills in customer service, time management, multi-tasking, dispute resolution/mediation and dealing with difficult customers
