The Ray White Eastern Group have created an exciting position for a Branch Administrator with the added responsibility of managing the company database and being our customer care champion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Branch administration support
Managing the company client and property database
Social media and website updates
Managing digital leads to create future value
Providing outstanding customer care and providing a foundation for excellent client engagement
Developing and improving systems
Our ideal applicant will have previous experience in a busy Administration role and proven ability to use initiative and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
Previous experience in Real Estate, database management and customer care protocols is an advantage.
