We are looking for an energetic person to join our small team of three with a primary role of managing service appointments and bookings. Some customer satisfaction follow up calls may also be required. This role will be available from: Monday, 14th January 2019.
A typical day could involve Making "outbound/warm" calls using contact lists with the ultimate goal of making successful service bookings. Working in conjunction with our Service Departments to help schedule and load their daily appointments. Resolve customer issues and enquiries.

Intermediate computer skills and typing speed

Emotionally resilient, able to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with confidence
Automotive Industry/Service Advisor experience would be very valuable
