Based 5 mins drive south of Rotorua, Red Stag Timber operates NZ's largest timber processing plant, producing quality structural timber for key customers within New Zealand and overseas. An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services star to join our Sales team.
This role supports the NZ Sales Manager by managing orders in the production information system, providing efficient sales administration and customer order management for the NZ domestic market.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, along with a flexible attitude to provide support to the wider Sales Team, are key attributes for this role. Hours of work are generally Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, however occasionally promotional activities may require additional hours.
Previous experience in a frontline customer service and/or export documentation role is preferred, although full training will be provided. Accuracy along with Confident MS Office computer skills are essential.
