Key responsibilities include:
Help our customers understand our processes (what happens next)
Keep customers informed of issues with their car
Give estimates and upsell the benefit of repairing issues found
Identify missed opportunities through history
Manage workflow and work allocation in the workshop and mobile units
Create invoices and receipt payments
Most important of all - Make Our Customers Feel Special
