    We are seeking an Intermediate/Senior Office Administrator to join our busy Harcourts Ferrymead team. Harcourts Ferrymead is part of the multi award winning Grenadier Real Estate Group with over 210 people employed within various specialist divisions and offices.

    We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated professional who enjoys working hard, has a high degree of work accuracy and has excellent time management and organisational skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks for our sales team and demonstrate a no flustered approach to your role.

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Being the ‘Director of First Impressions’ to the public you will have to deal face to face with clients, telephone and general office enquiries.
    • Entering & updating Listings on our online computer system
    • Processing Sale and Purchase Agreements
    • Administration tasks as requested by the Sales Consultants
    • Brochure and sales material production, we currently use In Design for marketing
    • Maintaining office supplies
    • Preparing Auction documentation
    • Liaising with Solicitors and other Harcourts offices
    • Managing the duties of your support Office Administrator
    • General day to day duties as required by the Branch Manager
    While full support and training in our systems will be provided, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in a similar front line administration role.

    The successful applicant will also possess:

    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • Confidence and a strong ability with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Superior organisational skills and time management
    • You will need to be able to prioritise your time to meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Professional presentation, initiative and maturity.
